I am now done with medical school!!!
Friday was my last day! So now I get to relax and enjoy myself until residency starts in July. Graduation isn't until June 2nd. Feels good to be done. It is definitely by God's grace that I am where I am today.
I will be going on a cruise in 2 weeks, and I should also be going to Vegas once my friends can agree on hotel and ticket prices.
I'm excited!!
*I've been trying to buy another pair of Louboutins. I have my eye on the Rolandos. The only problem is that the toe box runs soooooo small, so I've been struggling with finding the right size. The shoes will be delivered tomorrow.
*I've gained about 15 pounds and now weigh about 150lbs. Now everyone is making comments about how I've gotten bigger. I remember when I was 130lbs and everyone was going crazy about how skinny and sickly I looked. I think no one would really comment if I didn't have so much belly fat. So I've started working out and focusing on my mid-section.

Countdown
12 more days until I'm done with medical school.
26 more days until Match Day.
104 more days until graduation day.
Time is going by so fast!
*Still in search of my graduation shoe. I bought a pair of Christian Louboutins!!! UNFORTUNATELY I had to return them. I got the pigalle plato 120mm in black patent. I was soooo excited when I got them. But when I put them on, it just didn't look right. They looked so fabulous online, but on my feet they didn't look as fabulous. They just didn't have the look I wanted. And for $837 I think the shoes should be PERFECT, so I returned them : ( It was soooooooo hard to put those shoes back in the box knowing that I was going to return them. I'm looking for a fabulous black heel that will complement my dress, and be something that I'll still want to wear 5 years from now.
*One of my best friends is preggers, and I'm soooooo excited!! I can't wait till she has her baby.
*Speaking of babies, I'm officially an aunt now! My brother's wife in Nigeria had a baby girl! She is soooo cute. I really wish I was in Nigeria to hold and kiss and spoil her. Hopefully soon.
*After I took a shower today, I just stopped for a moment and realized that the Lord has brought me a long way. I have really changed, but in a good way. I have learned so much about myself, others, and about life in general. All I can say is THANK YOU LORD! But I know that is still have a looooong way to go.
